Policies

Please ensure that all of your shipping information is correct, as once your order leaves our hands, it is entirely in the care of the United States Postal Service, and any international post for your delivery address. 

Orders are fulfilled within 3-5 business days, with the exception of Pre-Order items. Domestic orders are fulfilled via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 3-5 business days to arrive. 

International orders may take up to two months to arrive, depending on the nature of your country's customs or delivery services. All international orders are sent via the USPS First Class service. We can provide you with a tracking number by request for your shipment, but please be advised that this will only track your shipment to the US borders and not beyond. Customs fees are not included in our pricing, and are solely the responsibility of the buyer.

If you would like to add any additional services to ensure safe delivery, such as additional insurance or signature on delivery, you may contact us directly to arrange for the purchase of these add ons. These options are currently only available for domestic shipments. 

We do not accept any returns on any of our items.

Haute Macabre do not take any responsibility for any item that is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or for any other reason, Haute Macabre is not responsible for any additional shipping fees that may occur.
